My name is William Dauria and this is just NOT just another real estate investing course. As a junior in high school I lived in section 8 housing and worked at McDonald's. I knew there was more to life than this. So I joined the military right after 9/11 at age 17. I subsequently did 8 years in the service, 3 trips overseas and built a gr
My name is William Dauria and this is just NOT just another real estate investing course. As a junior in high school I lived in section 8 housing and worked at McDonald's. I knew there was more to life than this. So I joined the military right after 9/11 at age 17. I subsequently did 8 years in the service, 3 trips overseas and built a great foundation I still carry with me today. Work ethic, morals, dedication and hard work are some of them. I did presidential security in Romania, remote site security in Egypt and was a .50cal gunner during convoys in Iraq. After I got out of military I took 20K of the 40K I had saved overseas and built the largest pre-owned sport bike dealership in Texas in a few short years FROM NOTHING. Fast forward a few years later my son was born and I found myself always gone, never home and always working. I asked myself, "there has got to be a better way". I then found real estate investing, read all the books I could get a hold of. I soon sold off all the business inventory the dealership had, kept the commercial building as a rental property and start buying single family rental properties in 2018. I purchased at auctions, off market, from wholesalers, off MLS and foreclosures amongst other avenues. To fund this I learned the art of private money, hard money, and recycling capital. This helped me accumulate 30 rental doors in just 3 short years. Today I live a very different life. My alarm rarely gets set, the debt I have is paid for by others, and I can truly enjoy exploring different business ventures that I enjoy. My new hobbies include flying our new airplane while doing charity work, something I never thought I could say! Now I want to give even more back to those who would like to know "How to get started with real estate investing" with a real estate investing consultation. What would your life be like if you could retire 30 years early?
